Overview

LoadLoom is a full-stack SaaS web application designed to modernize how construction material suppliers manage their daily operations. Built for businesses dealing in sand, M-Sand, aggregates, jelly, gravel, stone, and other bulk materials, it replaces fragmented workflows across WhatsApp, paper registers, spreadsheets, and phone calls with one centralized operating system.

The platform connects the complete business lifecycle—from customer enquiries and quotations to dispatch, delivery proof, invoicing, payment collection, and outstanding tracking—through a simple, mobile-first experience.

The Problem

Most small and medium-sized suppliers still coordinate orders through WhatsApp, assign trucks over phone calls, record deliveries in notebooks, and calculate outstanding payments manually. As operations grow, this creates delayed dispatches, billing mistakes, poor visibility into vehicle movement, and scattered customer records.

LoadLoom solves this by giving every load a structured digital timeline and every team member a role-specific workspace.

My Role

I designed the product from the ground up, including:

• Product strategy & SaaS business model

• UX/UI design and information architecture

• Feature planning and workflow mapping

• Multi-tenant system architecture

• Pricing strategy (Free, Starter, Growth & Fleet)

• AI feature roadmap and mobile-first driver experience

This project is being built using modern AI-assisted development tools alongside Firebase-based architecture.
